The sixty minute consultation is a fixed fee of £175, payable in full at the time of booking. This secures your session time with Tim.
You can cancel or reschedule your consultation by contacting me by email.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. The 48-hour period includes weekends and bank holidays.
If you cancel within 48 hours, or do not attend your consultation, the consultation fee is non-refundable, as the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
You may reschedule your consultation without charge provided you give at least 48 hours' notice, subject to appointment availability.
If I need to cancel or rearrange your consultation, I will offer you an alternative appointment. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, you will receive a full refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at booking, normally within 5 working days via Woo Payments.
