Family Court Consult provides a fixed fee, sixty minute strategic consultation for parents navigating private family law proceedings in the court of England and Wales. The consultation is provided by Tim Greenslade, a Social Worker registered with Social Work England (registration number SW25768) and a member of the British Association of Social Workers.
The consultation is intended to help you understand how the Family Court may approach the issues in your case, the court process and matters you may wish to consider when deciding your next steps.
This consultation does not constitute legal advice. Tim is not a solicitor or barrister and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Nothing said during the consultation should be treated as a substitute for independent legal advice from a suitably qualified solicitor or barrister where legal advice is required.
The consultation fee is payable in full at the time of booking. The fee covers the 60-minute consultation and written Strategic Summary. Any optional additional services, including advance document review, will be clearly priced before purchase.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Family Court Consult does not see or store your card details directly.

Tim is registered and regulated by Social Work England. There may be circumstances in which information must be disclosed because of a legal obligation or a safeguarding concern. Further details are set out in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
With your knowledge and consent, your consultation may be audio recorded for professional record-keeping purposes and to assist in preparing your written Strategic Summary. You will be informed before any recording begins. Recordings are treated as confidential and stored and retained in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this site at the time of your booking.
